Collaborating with a high-profile brand? I’ll be your brand expert and vendor liaison. At Follett, I served as the go-to expert on brand guidelines, working closely with Apple® to ensure all marketing assets adhered to their standards and promo activations were approved and working before launch.

Additionally, I partnered with our 600 stores to develop impactful materials that positioned the campus store as the premier Apple® retailer. In 2024, I managed the design process and oversaw final approvals for the launch of the new Apple brand page on the store websites. I also organized and led three Apple Appreciation events between December 2023 and November 2024, generating a total ROI of $12 million.

All designs required final approval from Apple. Before submission, I carefully planned all Apple campaigns and store marketing requests, ensuring full compliance with their marketing guidelines.
